If you have been accepted for the Summer School Poland and paid the fee and then have to cancel your participation due to force majeure or because you have been rejected a visa, we will apply the following cancellation policy:

• If you cancel before 1st May 2010 - we will refund 85% of the fee paid minus (deducted by) the transfer cost
• If you cancel before 15th June 2010 - we will refund 80% of the fee paid minus (deducted by) the transfer cost
• If you cancel after 15 June 2010 - we will refund 75% of the fee paid minus (deducted by) the transfer cost

Please note that the refund will be directed to the account it came from.
